The Artists of DashCon 2
Hi all,
VirtualDash Pocket Guide
As promised, here it is! The VirtualDash server has been bumping - I’m so grateful for the kindness and authenticity of this community.
We’re also hosting an Over The Hedge watch party at 8PM EST on the 4th of July. (Long story.)
Tickets are actually still available, and you can find the download link both on the event page and in your confirmation email!
With that out of the way, we are thrilled to introduce you to all the wonderful artists at DashCon 2!
Drag Artists
You can learn more about them on our website’s performer page!
Cosplay Judges

You’ve already been introduced to two of them, but Jenn of the Dangerous Ladies (our lovely sponsor!) deserves her time in the spotlight.
Jenn decided to start cosplaying in 2003 and has not looked back. In that time, she has started a cosplay troupe, made hundreds of costumes, won awards, been all over the place, and spent many many years doing cosplay tutorials on Tumblr. However, in 2017, she realized she had so many brainworms about cosplay that she decided to do it as both a job AND a hobby, and left her former corporate overlords behind to pursue being a full time cosplay artist. Now she spends her time making costume props, accessories, fabrics and kits for other cosplayers alongside her band of merry chaos agents.
You can check out the Dangerous Ladies at their website, Instagram, and BlueSky!
The Musical Interdudes
These guys are a Waterloo comedy acapella group that will be headlining the Drag Show!
The Musical InterDudes are the University Of Waterloo's premier (read: only) musical-comedy a cappella group! We pride ourselves on our musical storytelling, theatrical performance style, and, as many have put it, general "theatre-kid" vibe, which is why we're so thrilled to be performing at Dashcon 2!
You can sample some of their work here on YouTube and Spotify, as well as follow them on Instagram and, of course, Tumblr.
Cosplay Catwalk/Competition Sign-Ups!
In case you missed them, here they are again:
